A lover of all things Irish whiskey and indeed all things spirits. Michael's greatest contribution to Redacted thus far has been to stop Ronan putting his own face on the first bottle. A former Whisky Magazine Icon of Whiskey Award.
Michael won't be involved in the day-to-day running of the brand as he continues his career elsewhere. However we imagine he'll love telling people he owns his own whiskey company.
